lemontart is a high performance CNC router aimed at high speed aluminium, plastic, fine hardwood cutting as well as light duty work in steel, stainless and titanium. It has a unique focus on accessibility, reparability, and fostering 3rd party accessories and modification.
This listing is for the lemontart 33metal original DEMONSTRATION MACHINE from all the videos. We are replacing this machine with a new revised version and no longer require it. So one of you get to snap up this wee beastie for a pretty great price. There are some small differences between this machine and the final production machine, most notably the aluminium table and having 120mm z travel instead of 130mm. Machine has had relatively light use - basically what you see in all the videos. The spindle is HSK25e and a beast. This machine CAN take the brolly tool changer, however you will need to drill come holes to mount it. Likewise it can fit in the new enclosure. It also takes the 4th axis and right angle block accessories and 2 xindian zero point tooling plates.
YOU CANNOT COME AND SEE THIS MACHINE UNDER POWER, sorry, it is packed up.
This machine includes the following:
- Omron G5 ethercat ac servos for X (200w), Y, (400w) Z (200w NO brake).

Fully assembled, aligned
- Aluminium table surface, machined flat.
- 80mm flipflop spindle clamp
- 2.5kw 40000rpm echo-tech HSK25e spindle with 240v single phase VFD
- full vacuum table plate (must be machined flat on after mounting)
- low flow venturi vacuum generator for small compressors
- one ER16 tool holder.
- mist coolant system
- solenoids for mist and spindle (you will need to hook them all up)
You do not get the control system/wiring. The machine does not have limit switches set up as it is, but they are included. No tooling is included. You can get help setting it up on our discord channel.
This machine is PICK UP only. We are in the toronto canada area (hamilton). Do not buy this machine if you are not able to come pick it up or arrange someone else to do so.
Note that the price does not include taxes. These will be added to the price in the shopping cart where applicable. You may have to pay tariffs if you are coming from the USA and bringing it back across the border.
